These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with LittleMissBaker by Yamini ("we", "us", "our"), a home-based custom cake studio in Hyderabad, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & pre-booking

All items are made fresh to order. Pre-booking is essential, and dates are subject to availability. An order is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and any required advance has been received.

2. Quotes & payment

Pricing is tailored to each design, size, flavour and finish, and is confirmed in a custom quote when you enquire. An advance may be required to reserve your date, with the balance payable before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without notice for un-confirmed orders.

3. Delivery & collection

We deliver across Hyderabad. Delivery is charged separately from the order and depends on your location; it is confirmed in your quote. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time and address. Responsibility for the item passes to you on delivery or collection.

4. Changes & cancellations

Requests to change a design, flavour or date must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. Advances are non-refundable within the notice period communicated at the time of booking, as ingredients and preparation are committed in advance.

5. Allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, egg, soya and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of allergens and our products are not suitable for those with severe allergies. Eggless options are available for many flavours on request. Please tell us about allergies before ordering.

6. Storage & freshness

Cakes and desserts are best enjoyed within 1–3 days. Buttercream cakes can be kept at room temperature unless they contain fruit or mousse fillings, which require refrigeration. Specific storage guidance is provided with your order.

7. Design & decorations

Every cake is handmade, so slight variations from reference images are natural and part of the craft. Fresh flowers, non-edible toppers and decorative elements may be used and are not for consumption; these will be pointed out on delivery.

8. Photography

We may photograph our creations and use the images for our portfolio, website and social media. Personal details are never shared alongside such images.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you, or from handling, storage or transport after the item has been received.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
